DELIVERY

FREE shipping promotions only apply to Austrian orders. International orders are not included. 

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday only. After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you require Overnight or Next Day delivery, please note that we must receive your order by 12 p.m. CET.

You may need to contact us also for dangerous goods (for ex. battery storage) and some of the over-sized items as well and/or special project orders before you proceed with your order.

Akwaaba Energy GmbH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We will ship our products to anyone, anywhere in the world. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

• FOR EU COUNTRIES
• Processing time: 1 - 3 days
• Not all orders will have the option : Track your order
• Please refer to the product page for accurate delivery time
• Orders dispatched to countries within the European Union will be delivered between 4 and 14 working days; however in majority of the cases we do deliver the products to your address within 24-72 hours, depending on the clearance of your payment in our bank account. 
• FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES
• Processing time: 2 - 5 days
• Not all orders will have the option : Track your order
• Orders dispatched to countries outside the European Union will be delivered between 1 and 5 weeks.

Please note that the transit time for Dangerous Goods (UN 3480, Class 9, Packing Group II), covering mainly the spectrum of the battery storage products – outside of European Union – is between 15 and 52 days to almost overseas locations.
